**Resolved: Now sending a clean signal from DVD player and from TV Tuner to center projector.
The 8×1 video switch sending signal to the SDI converter was replaced with a newer Panasonic WJ-225R 12×1 switch. Also added a new DVD player and configured TV Tuner and DVD player in video/audio racks.
This new switch sends signal to the hall monitors/classrooms.
From the output D/A, there is an AJA composite->SDI converter to convert the composite video to SDI. This SDI signal is routed to the 4×4 SDI router (INPUT 3)that sends video to the center projector.

Operation:
Select the input source from the Panasonic 12×1 switcher
Select the input source on the Extron 4×4 SDI Router [ Select input 3 ]
Select the output dest. on the Extron 424 SDI Router [ Output1=Center, Output2=Sides]
