This weekend there will be a video clip shown during the sermon. Because the video is 7:25 min long, the video will not be run locally during the live broadcast. Below is an overview of how this will flow.
LS & 151 Campuses
During the “in person” teaching, (9am @ Olathe and 10:45 @ LS) When Pete is preaching in person, the video will be run locally by the CG operator. – This is normal weekly procedure.
During the Live Broadcast, the video will play on the CENTER screen. CG Operator should cut side screens to black. The video will be embedded into the live broadcast. The OP campus will cut away from the stage camera and send the video on the program feed. (The reason for this, is because the video clip is 7:25 min long. It will be uncomfortable to run the video locally on the sides while sending image of Reggie standing still for this length of time.)
OP Campus Control Room:
The video will be shown on all three screens & Aux outputs (including SBOX)
Reggie will cue up the video
cut to black
AUX changes – CG to SBOX
Run Video – 7:25 min run time
cut to black
AUX changes – CAM5 to SBOX
Reggie will wrap up the sermon
** Audio for the sermon and the video clip will be on the same channel (SBOX Left)
