**ALERT to CG Operators on all campuses**
There was a small change made to the sermon bumper process.
Previously, advancing from the bumper to the sermon PPT slides caused a pause/jumpy transition.
To avoid this and make a smooth transition, a JPG graphic was added to the schedule. The JPG graphic should be placed between the bumper and the PPT.
Operator Process:
As the bumper is playing (At transition point), GO-LIVE with the JPG graphic. This will cause a smooth dissolve from the video to the JPG. Once the graphic is displayed, GO-LIVE with the PPT. Since the PPT is the same as the JPG graphic the transition to the PPT will be seamless.
