This weekend, there will be a short (35sec) video clip shown during the sermon.
Pete will be preaching at OP, and will not step away from the pulpit. Pete will queue the video and CG will run the clip locally at all campuses.
A few things to be aware of:
1.CG Operators have to be dead on: The timing for when the CG operator (at OP and LS/151) is critical. If they do not start the clip at the same time, then the clip will end out of sync. We don’t want Pete to come back and begin preaching, while the clip is still running at LS/151
2. LS/151 Sound Operators: Pull down the broadcast audio (Turbo1-L) while the clip is running. We don’t want Pete’s mic to pick up audio from the video at OP during the video, because that audio will not be in sync with the video that is played locally. (Be sure to bring the broadcast audio back up after the clip
3. OP Studio: We will show the clip on all 3 screens locally. We will keep CAM5 live on the SBOX (Aux3) for the broadcast, keeping Pete in the video frame on the broadcast image.
