The special element for this weekend Oct 16/17 will be broadcast live from the OP campus to LS & 151.
Broadcast tech’s at LS & 151, be in place by 8am and ready for the audio/video check at 8:20. We will need to be sure all aspects are broadcasting well during this test.
OP Studio, be prepared with blackout queue points and live lower 3rd overlays… Also, be prepared for AUX changes before & after the special on AUX3 (SBOX feed).
OP Studio Sound, special will split vocal and band on the broadcast send.

Special Note for LS/151 campus Techs
For the service with the teaching broadcast live, the special will be on center screen
For the service were Reggie is in person, the special will be on the side screens
** Be sure to coordinate with the CG operator to switch the side screen signal to take the broadcast

Broadcast Tech for LS Campus workflow:
The special begins with a video intro, then goes to live music
Start the broadcast by sending the video intro to the side screens ONLY
1st Service:
– Reggie will be preaching in person, no sermon broadcast
– Send the special (live music) to the side screens, only.
– Set the TVOne switch, at the CG position, to take the SDI input from the Extron router
– There will be a blackout at the end of the special music (then stop the broadcast)
2nd Service:
– drop the center screen during the worship prayer
– after the prayer, there will be a fade to black
– send the special music to the center screen
– after the special, just keep the broadcast running right through the sermon
